About Our Founder and CEO

Cheryl Tsieprati, founder and CEO of Courseways, has more than 25 years of experience in training consulting and instructional design. She has contributed to the success of large corporations following mergers and implementations of new systems with her consultative services and multi-media training courses for at-risk workforces. The HomeClub Corporate Training Department presented Cheryl with a certificate of appreciation for the materials she developed for HomeClub’s Employment Training Panel project.

As a Contract and Compliance Educator in the health care industry, Cheryl designed a comprehensive curriculum of interactive instructor-led, video, and web-based training courses on a broad range of contract and compliance issues for a diverse audience of health care professionals. Kaiser Permanente’s Southern California Permanente Medical Group honored her with an exceptional contribution award for her seminar for patients with neuromuscular diseases and their family caregivers.

Cheryl’s creative approaches to adult education, including her strategies for presenting serious and complex subjects, facilitate participant engagement and retention of information and make Courseways’ training courses effective and enjoyable.

Cheryl is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce, Toastmasters International, and the National Association of Professional Women.
